Cider made from a blend of Kings, Burgundy's, Melrose, Mutsu, Winter Banana, Brown Snout, Foxwhelp, and Vilberie apples. Unfiltered, bottle-conditioned. Notes of fresh apple and melon. Pairs well with pring green salad, steamed clams, fresh shucked oysters, or roasted vegetables.
